The McCafe Loyalty scheme is a reward programme for our loyal customers who love the great taste of McDonald’s coffee. Customers who purchase McCafé hot drinks can collect stamps on the McDonald’s App, in return for a free drink.

• McCafé Loyalty became fully digital from the 1^st of July, existing cup stickers are no longer valid from this date. 
• We gave customers three months’ notice to help mitigate any disappointment. 

• Our digital scheme is more generous for our customers.

• It allows customers to earn and redeem their free coffee by ordering ‘contact free.’
• Customers can order ahead on the App and still get their loyalty stamps.
• Customers can keep their stamps together in one place on the App, rather than risk losing their physical stickers. 

• The digital scheme allows customers to redeem their free coffee at more order channels, so they can now order via the McDonald’s App or at the kiosk, as well as at the Front Counter and Drive-thru.

• Unfortunately those stamps will not be able to be used once the end date has passed however we gave customers three months’ notice that the scheme was ending to help them to collect and use the stickers by the end date.

• We understand that some customers may be disappointed that they cannot download the App. However, they can still get great tasting coffee made with 100% Arabica beans, with a Black Coffee or White Coffee for just 99p.

• You have options on how you collect and redeem. If you want to order and pay contact free using the app you can do so. Your stamps will be applied automatically and reward drinks will show in the “Deals” section.

•If you don’t want to order ahead on the McDonald’s App, there are three other ways to collect and redeem.

• Show your QR code at Front Counter – before paying
• Scan the QR code at the Self Order Kiosk – before paying
• Say a 4 digit code at Drive Thru – at the order post

All you would need to do is download the McDonald’s App and register – once you’ve done that how you collect and redeem digitally is up to you.

•  Yes, from July you must have the McDonald’s App to earn McCafé loyalty stamps and reward drinks.

• There are options for how you collect and redeem. If you want to order and pay contact free using the app you can do so. Your stamps will be applied automatically and reward drinks will show in the “Deals” section.

•  If you don’t want to make a mobile order, there are three other ways you can collect and redeem.

        · Show your QR code at Front Counter.

        · Scan the QR code at the Self Order Kiosk

        ·  Say a 4 digit code at Drive Thru.

        All you would need to do is download the app and register – once you’ve done that how you collect and redeem digitally is up to you.

• Before you set off on your journey, order your hot drink on the McDonald’s App and we’ll automatically add a loyalty stamp onto your digital loyalty card! 
  
• Alternatively you can redeem or collect at the order point, just remember to say your 4 digit code.

•   Fear not, each coffee bought in your order will qualify for a digital stamp.

•  McCafé Iced drinks will not qualify for digital stamps, these are for hot drinks only.

• The free hot drink must be regular sized only.
