What should I do if my McCafé® Rewards QR Code isn’t scanning?

If your McCafé Rewards QR Code won’t scan, provide the 4-digit alphanumeric code to a restaurant crew member at the front counter or in the Drive Thru.

Can I share my McCafé® Rewards QR Code with others?

You are not able to share your McCafé Rewards QR Code at this time. But, you can always treat your friends to a McCafé drink!

How long does my McCafé® Rewards QR Code last?

After you select “Scan at Restaurant” on your McCafé Rewards card, the QR Code will be active for 5 minutes.

Redemption

I’ve bought 5 McCafé® drinks. Why can’t I redeem my free one?

Keep in mind, McCafé Rewards can only be earned on full-price McCafé drinks and not all drinks may be eligible. If the drink was part of a special pricing offer where it was bundled with a product (e.g. Muffin with coffee or part of a Buy One Get One offer) or if the drink purchased was part of another offer redeemed from the App, that drink will not be counted towards your reward. If you are having technical issues redeeming your free one, please contact us through the Mobile App Feedback form. Select “More” on the bottom navigation bar then “Career, Contact & Legal.” Finally, select “Contact Us” and choose a topic from the drop-down menu.

What menu items count towards McCafé® Rewards?

McCafé Rewards can only be earned on full-price McCafé drinks and not all drinks may be eligible.

If the drink was part of a special pricing offer where it was bundled with a product (e.g. Muffin with coffee or part of a Buy One Get One offer) or if the drink purchased was part of another offer redeemed from the App, that drink will not count towards your rewards. If you have any questions, please ask a restaurant crew member.

Can I redeem multiple rewards with one order?

Sorry! You can only redeem one McCafé Reward per order.

Rewards Progress

Can I earn McCafé® Rewards on multiple drinks in the same order?

Yes! Every eligible McCafé drink purchased counts towards your McCafé Rewards. Keep in mind, McCafé Rewards can only be earned on full-price McCafé drinks and not all drinks may be eligible. If the drink is part of a special pricing offer where it is bundled with a product (e.g. Muffin with coffee or a Buy One Get One offer) or part of another offer redeemed from the App, it will not count towards your rewards.

Will I get McCafé® Rewards credit for eligible purchases made via mobile ordering?

Yes, you will automatically earn towards McCafé Rewards when you make eligible purchases of McCafé drinks using Mobile Order & Pay.

Why can’t I find my latest McCafé® Rewards?

In most cases, your McCafé Rewards progress will be updated within 12 hours after use. Keep in mind, McCafé Rewards can only be earned on full-price McCafé drinks and not all drinks may be eligible.

I’ve waited over 12 hours for my McCafé® Rewards to update. What should I do?

In some cases, your McCafé Rewards progress can take up to 72 hours to update. If it doesn’t update after 72 hours, please contact us through the Mobile App Feedback form. Select “More” on the bottom navigation bar then “Career, Contact & Legal.” Finally, select “Contact Us” and choose a topic from the drop-down menu.
