Arch Card Details

If your Arch Card has been lost, stolen, damaged or you are requesting cash out:

  1. Call 1-800-244-6227 immediately to have the card balance frozen.
  2. Fully complete the following form and upload supporting documents which should include proof of purchase (activation receipt, purchase receipt, account summary, online purchase electronic receipt) and/or a picture of your damaged card.
  3. If your request qualifies for a replacement card or cash out, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.

Note: Arch Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.  Check the Cash Out Requirements to see if you are eligible for cash back.

P2W, Inc. NFP, McDonald’s Corporation, and its related companies and franchisees are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Cards will only be replaced upon submission of acceptable supporting documents which may include activation receipt, purchase receipt, account summary, online purchase electronic receipt and/or a picture of your damaged card. For properly submitted claims, a new card will be issued for the remaining balance at the time of deactivation. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of replacement card.
