National Field President, McDonald’s USA
Myra Doria is the National Field President for McDonald’s USA. In this role, she has oversight over all ten national field offices, leading strategy, talent, and brand development to drive long-term growth for over 13,000 McDonald’s restaurants across the United States. With over three decades of experience with the company, Myra is results-driven and leads with authenticity, empathy, and transparency. She is known for collaborating with all three legs of the stool to achieve high performance and best serve our customers.
Myra began her professional McDonald’s career nearly 38 years ago in the Philippines working as a manager trainee in a local restaurant. Since then, she has held numerous leadership positions including Field Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations in the Western U.S.
She was later named Vice President & General Manager of McOpCo’s West Division, and in 2013 she was selected to lead the McDonald’s Indianapolis Region. In 2016, Myra assumed the role of Field Vice President for the McDonald’s Denver Field Office, and in 2019 she took over as Field Vice President of the Atlanta Field Office.
In 2021 she was promoted to East Zone President and oversaw nearly 7,300 restaurants in the Eastern United States. Under her leadership, the East Zone led the way in national comp sales growth due to Myra’s focus on the foundational drivers of people, operations, and value. In 2022, East Zone restaurants sold between owner/operators significantly outperformed the market.
Throughout her career, Myra has accumulated numerous accolades related to her business results, leadership, and commitment to diversity and inclusion including the prestigious Presidents’ Award, the Pat Harris Diversity Award, the Global Leadership Committed to Lead Award, and many more.
Myra holds a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of the Philippines, Cum Laude. She is married and has three children.
