Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, McDonald’s USA
As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDonald’s USA, Tom Dillon leads the U.S. Finance and Business Insights organizations supporting McDonald’s 14,000 U.S. restaurants. He is a member of the U.S. Senior Leadership Team and engages with franchisees through the National Franchisee Leadership Alliance (NFLA) and co-leadership of the NFLA Economics Team.
Prior to his current position, Tom was Vice President of Finance for McDonald’s International Owned Markets and partnered with finance and leadership teams across 12 European markets to drive growth on over $4B in annual revenue. Since joining McDonald’s in 2009, he has held a variety of positions within the global finance organization, including Senior Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controller for McDonald’s Australia, and Director of Finance in Asia, Pacific and Middle East and Africa. He was recognized for his achievements with the prestigious Presidents’ Award in 2013.
Before joining McDonald’s, Tom spent 10 years with Tellabs focusing on IT Finance for the global network technology provider.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Illinois and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University. Tom lives in the Chicago area with his wife and three children.
