McDelivery® in the McDonald’s App FAQs
How can I order McDelivery® using the McDonald’s app?
- Select “Order” from the bottom menu bar and switch from “Pickup” to “McDelivery.”
- Enter the desired address for delivery and you will be notified if McDelivery® is available to you.
- Once confirmed, start creating your order from our menu or your saved favorites.
- When you’re all set—follow the checkout process in the app, sit back and enjoy your faves when they arrive.
How do I know if McDelivery® is available to my address?
- Launch the McDonald’s app and log in, if you are not already.
- Select ‘Order’ from the bottom menu bar and switch from ‘Pickup’ to ‘McDelivery®’.
- Enter your desired delivery address and you will be notified if McDelivery is available to you.
How do I know what items are available for McDelivery®?
Menu items will vary by location. For food item availability please select McDelivery® in the McDonald’s app and view items by selecting ‘Order’ on the bottom menu bar.
How do I report a problem with my McDonald's McDelivery® order?
To report and resolve any issues, first identify who was handling your delivery—Uber Eats or DoorDash. Check the bottom of the receipt in your email to find out the vendor.

Why does it say “powered by Uber Eats”?
We have partnered with Uber Eats to deliver your faves to you. We take care of the food, Uber Eats handles the delivery.
Why does it say “powered by DoorDash”?
We have partnered with DoorDash to deliver your faves to you. We take care of the food, DoorDash handles the delivery.
I have DashPass or Uber One. Will those benefits apply to my order?
DashPass benefits only apply to orders through the DoorDash app and Uber One benefits only apply to orders through the Uber Eats app.
I have DashPass or Uber One—why did I pay for delivery?
DashPass benefits only apply to orders through the DoorDash app and Uber One benefits only apply to orders through the Uber Eats app.
Are any McDonald’s menu items not available for McDelivery®?
The McDonald’s delivery menu includes the full McDonald’s menu with the exception of soft serve cones. Other exclusions may apply.
Can I redeem MyMcDonald’s Rewards when ordering McDelivery?
Yup! MyMcDonald’s Rewards can be redeemed on delivery orders. Simply select the reward you wish to redeem and select “Add to McDelivery order.”
Are deals available while using the McDonald’s app for McDelivery?
Deals are not available when ordering McDelivery in the McDonald’s app.
Will I earn MyMcDonald’s Rewards points for eligible purchases made via McDelivery?
You betcha! If you have opted into the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program, all eligible food and beverages purchased through the McDonald's app earn points that you can redeem for free food. It’s one of the many benefits of using the McDonald’s app.
Where are my MyMcDonald’s Rewards points?
All eligible delivery orders via the McDonald's app earn you points. Points will be deposited into your account 48 hours after your order is delivered and complete.
What’s a delivery fee?
This fee helps cover delivery costs. The amount varies for each restaurant based on things like your location and availability of nearby couriers.
What’s a retail delivery fee?
This is a fee imposed on deliveries by your state or local government.
What’s a service fee?
We charge a service fee on each order. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal.
What’s a small order fee?
We charge this fee on orders with a subtotal below a certain amount. You can remove the fee by adding more items.
My order was not delivered:

Current McDelivery® Order in the McDonald’s App FAQs
I want to change my order or add items to my order:
Once an order is placed it cannot be modified. You may be able to cancel the order. To cancel your order, first identify who’s handling your delivery—Uber Eats, or DoorDash. From the home screen, select “Track Order” and scroll down to the tracking screen to find out. Then, please contact Uber Eats at 866-987-3744 or reach out to DoorDash at 833-510-0332. Once an order is cancelled, you can then place a new order.
I want to cancel my order:

I need to contact my courier:
From the home screen, select “Track Order” and scroll down to the tracking screen to contact your courier. You will only be able to contact your driver once one is assigned. Keep in mind that your courier may be driving and may not be able to answer the phone right away. In addition, your courier is also able to contact you if they are unable to easily find your delivery address.
I need to change my delivery address:
First, identify who’s handling your delivery—Uber Eats or DoorDash. From the home screen, select “Track Order” and scroll down to the tracking screen to find out. To change your address, please contact Uber Eats at 866-987-3744 or reach out to DoorDash at 833-510-0332.
Where can I find the status of my delivery order?
From the home screen, select “Track Order” to get an up-to-date status of your delivery order.

Does McDonald's deliver?
You can order McDonald’s for delivery and have your pick from the McDonald’s menu when you order on Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub.
What is the DoorDash app?
DoorDash is a technology company that connects customers with their favorite local and national businesses in more than 4,000 cities and all 50 states across the United States, Canada and Australia. You can get McDonald’s delivery on DoorDash through McDelivery®!
What is the Grubhub app?
Grubhub is a leading online food delivery marketplace and features more than 320,000 restaurant partners in over 4,000 U.S. cities. You can order the food you crave with McDelivery® on Grubhub.
What is Uber Eats?
Uber Eats is the platform that makes ordering food on the app as simple as requesting a ride with Uber. You can order your favorite foods with McDelivery® on Uber Eats.
How can I cancel my McDelivery® order?
To cancel your order, you’ll need to do this on the Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub app or website where you placed the order. The app or website you placed your order on will have instructions for the cancellation process.
Is there a McDelivery® minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount but delivery fees may apply, including a small order fee. In some cases there may be some McDonald's promotions which may require a minimum spend to qualify for the promotion.
How much does it cost to get my fast food delivered?
The fees associated with delivery can vary, and prices for items ordered via delivery may be higher than at restaurants. Please check the Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub app or website to learn more about applicable fees associated with delivery.
How do I find out which McDonald’s restaurants are participating in McDelivery®?
To determine which McDonald's locations in your area are participating in McDelivery®, simply download the Uber Eats App, DoorDash App, or the Grubhub App, input your delivery address, and you will be able to order from participating McDonald's restaurants in your area. Changing the delivery address will also change the available McDonald's restaurants.
Is McDelivery safe? How will I know if the driver delivering my McDelivery® is legitimate?
You can use the Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub app to track your delivery—check the platform you used to place your order.
How do I report a problem with my McDonald’s order?
In order to investigate an issue with a McDelivery® order and take appropriate steps, we suggest that you contact Uber Eats customer service directly through the Uber Eats App, DoorDash customer service directly through the DoorDash App or Grubhub customer service directly through the Grubhub App.
